DataShelter - Electronic Backup

DataShelter Backup Manager is a multi-platform, feature-rich, reliable and secure client software that provides offsite backup of critical databases and files. All your data is 128-bit encrypted and compressed before being uploaded and stored on DataShelter Backup Server through a secure SSL channel. Nobody, not even DISC, can read the files. Decryption is possible only with user's password. DataShelter can be run on essentially all common platforms.

DataShelter provides a flexible backup scheduler to implement your desired backup policy easily. Examples of scheduling options include backup at a specific time, at multiple times per day, and before Windows is shut down. With DataShelter's In-File Delta technology, you can substantially reduce the amount of time it takes to back up files, and save storage space on the DataShelter server by uploading only the changes that you've made to a file since your last backup. DataShelter provides flexible retention policy settings and it allows you to restore any version of a file from the initial backup to the last incremental backup and every version in between.

DataShelter users are kept informed on backup job status through email reports. All backup and restore transactions are thoroughly logged in DataShelter, making trouble shooting easy.
